SERVICE ADVISER / WARRANTY OFFICER – 3S DEALERSHIPS (ANURADHAPURA)

 We are on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Service Adviser / Warranty Officer – 3S Dealership for our client company.

The role is for a customer-focused and technically knowledgeable after-sales professional to manage customer service coordination, workshop communication, and warranty operations for the company’s Anuradhapura 3S Dealership. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop while ensuring smooth service operations, accurate documentation, and professional after-sales support.

This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction standards and ensuring efficient coordination between service operations, technical teams, spare parts departments, and warranty processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–5 years of experience in automotive after-sales, service advising, warranty operations, or workshop coordination
  • Strong understanding of workshop operations and customer service processes
  • Experience handling warranty claims, job cards, and customer service coordination preferred
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers
  • Strong coordination and documentation management skills
  • Good understanding of vehicle service procedures and maintenance operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-facing workshop environment
  • Diploma or qualification in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Customer Service, or related field
  • Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
  • Exposure to passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and EV service operations
  • Familiarity with manufacturer warranty procedures and service standards
  • Experience handling customer complaints and escalations preferred
