SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER (VEHICLE SERVICES)

 We are on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Senior Operations (Vehicle Services) for our client company.

The role is for an experienced automotive operations leader to oversee and drive the performance of company’s after-sales and vehicle service operations across Sri Lanka, and will lead all service centers, workshops, technical operations, and authorized service provider networks across passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and EV operations.

Responsible for workshop profitability, service quality, operational efficiency, technical compliance, customer satisfaction, and service network expansion and will play a critical role in strengthening company’s after-sales infrastructure while supporting the growth of the company’s multi-brand automotive portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in automotive after-sales, workshop operations, or service network management
• Minimum 5 years in a senior managerial or operational leadership role
• Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and workshop management software
• Strong technical and operational understanding of passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and EV service operations
• Proven experience managing multi-location workshops or dealership service operations
• Demonstrated ability to improve workshop productivity, service quality, and operational efficiency
• Strong understanding of workshop KPI management, labor productivity, and service profitability
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience handling large technical and operational teams
• Strong operational planning, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities
• Confident communicator in English and Sinhala; Tamil would be an added advantage
