SENIOR EXECUTIVE – POCKET DEALERSHIPS

 We are on the lookout for a qualified and experienced Senior Executive – Pocket Dealerships for our client company.

The role is for an experienced automotive sales and dealer operations professional to manage and support company’s pocket dealership network across Sri Lanka and will oversee pocket dealer operations, sales performance, operational compliance, dealer development, and customer engagement across assigned territories.

This role acts as the operational and commercial link between Head Office and pocket dealerships, ensuring all dealer locations operate according to company standards while supporting sales growth, customer satisfaction, and network expansion.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, dealership operations, dealer development, or channel operations
• Strong understanding of dealership sales processes and customer handling
• Experience managing dealer relationships or sales channels preferred
• Ability to monitor dealer performance, stock management, and operational compliance
• Good understanding of vehicle financing, leasing processes, and customer conversion
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel island-wide for dealer visits and operational inspections
• Strong reporting and operational monitoring capabilities
• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Experience working with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) or CRM platforms
• Exposure to passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, or EV operations
• Existing relationships with regional dealers, leasing companies, or financing institutions
