Job Description
Key Responsibilities.
Develop and execute digital strategies.
- Create and implement comprehensive digital markerting strategies, including website managements content creation, social media, email campaigins, SEO / SEM and digital advertising to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue.
Market Research and comperitive Analysis.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identufy growth opportunities and stay ahead in digital channels, with regular repoering and recommedations to management.
KPI Definition and measurements.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, focusing on metrics like visibility clicks and conversion rates.
Website and content management.
- Oversee website optimization and content strategy, ensuring a seamless user experinece, impraved converion ratws, and consistent, high-quality content aligned with brand messaging.
SEO / SEM and Analytics Optimization.
- Implement SEO / SEM strategies to boost search engine rankings. manage PPC campaigns, and utilize date drive insights to continuusing improve prefomance and optimize bidjet allocation.
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital or related field
A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
Knowledge and expertise in Google Ads and Analytics
Qualification in web languages would be an added advantage
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Proven track record of working with websites and digital marketing on a professional level
Excellent communications skills, in both spoken and written English and Sinhala Language
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Tech savvy and persuasive
Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude
