Group Finance Controller (Hotel)

Group Finanace Controller.

To work in the Head Office in Colimbo. 

Must be accountable for the financials, risk management operation including the development of financial / operational strategies, ongoing development and monitoring control systems of the entire group. 

• Reviewing of critical internal processes to conform internal control guideliness and recommending process improvements.
• Responsible to overlook group financial activities, maintaining final accounts, carrying out annual audits & maintain timely reporting.
• Providing leadership and coordinating with property accountants.
• Working closely with Head of Finance and cross functional teams by providing accurate and timely financial information and providing recommendations.
• Preparation of reconciliation reports, food cost reports and provide analysis.
• Have a good understanding on current trends and beling updated with the taxations and standars.
• Visiting the properties when required.
• Praparation of Budgets.
• Preparation of other ad hoc reports as necessary.

Requirments & Qualifications.

• Professional qulification in Finance part or full (CAC/CMA/ACMA/CIMA).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity and mandatory of working experience in hotel industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.
• The ability to work independently.
• Salary - negotiable.
