ASSISTANT MANAGER – HUMAN RESOURCES (WITH EXPERIENCE IN FACTORY ENVIRONMENT)

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Human Resources with experience in Manufacturing for our client company located in Kandana.

• Location – Kandana
• Working Days – Monday to Saturday
• Salary – Up to LKR 160,000/-

 Requirement

• Age below 40 years
• Minimum 3 years and above hands-on experience in HR, with experience in recruitment and retention in Manufacturing industry.
• Should have experience in Overall Human Resources Operation
• Experience in Manufacturing industry, Factory environment is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline (a professional qualification such as PQHRM or equivalent will be an added advantage).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
