Job Description

 LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Hotel Management or Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years in Learning and Development in leadership roles in reputed hotels/ resorts
  • Having worked with multicultural teams and international brands
  • Proficient in computer programs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Through knowledge of modern learning and development tools and techniques
  • Salary  - Negotiable
  • Service Charge - Average USD 500 per month
  • Accommodation - Provided - Single
  • Uniform - Provided
  • Meals - Provided in team member restaurant
  • Contract Period - Initially for 12 months.  Renewable on mutual agreement
  • Probation Period - 3 Months
  • R & R Ticket (Non – Refundable)
  • 1 ticket per year up to USD 400.00 per ticket, non-cashable (unused R&R ticket will be forfeited if not used within the year)
