Job Description
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Hotel Management or Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years in Learning and Development in leadership roles in reputed hotels/ resorts
- Having worked with multicultural teams and international brands
- Proficient in computer programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent people management skills
- Through knowledge of modern learning and development tools and techniques
- Salary - Negotiable
- Service Charge - Average USD 500 per month
- Accommodation - Provided - Single
- Uniform - Provided
- Meals - Provided in team member restaurant
- Contract Period - Initially for 12 months. Renewable on mutual agreement
- Probation Period - 3 Months
- R & R Ticket (Non – Refundable)
- 1 ticket per year up to USD 400.00 per ticket, non-cashable (unused R&R ticket will be forfeited if not used within the year)
