Position Summary 

The lead hydraulic heavy mechanic / Engineer at Construction plays a crucial role in managing and executing mechanical strategies, protocols, and procedures to ensure optimal performance and safety of vehicle fleet hydraulic machinery.

They establish and maintain a robust maintenance framework to uphold machinery functionality and guarantee operational stability.

The lead hydraulic heavy mechanic / Engineer oversees the effectiveness of maintenance protocols and ensures compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations. They spearhead various mechanical functions, including equipment maintenance and repair, hydraulic system diagnostics, parts procurement, preventive maintenance scheduling, equipment calibration, and safety inspections.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

2.2 Duties relating to responsibilities

     1. Conduct inspections and assessments of Vehicles / Tools and hydraulic systems to identify issues, malfunctions, or areas for improvement.

     2. Daily inspection

     2.1 List down all daily records

     2.3 Perform routine Vehicles / Tools maintenance tasks, including fluid checks, filter replacements, and component         lubrication, to prevent breakdowns and prolong system lifespan.

     Major Duties 1. Carry out all routine servicers 2. Initiate and oversee all minor-level defaults,
